Like other reviews said, this introduction is only few pages of very generic stuff. I did not learn anything. |

Waste of money |
|
I bought this thinking it would have more information on billing and mediation. It's only 48 pages and about 10 of them are wasted on advertising, authors, etc. Very few pages applied to what I needed. You can find the information free on the internet. |
