Dented and scratched |

The product was dented and scratched and could have been packaged better. It was in a box with no other packing paper or anything around it. The box got dented and so did the diaper champ as well as scratched. My wife was really upset about it(saying it looked like we obtained it from a garage sell), but the product still worked and we really needed it, so we didn't want to mess with returning it. Other than that the diaper champ is great! I definetely recommend the product...just make sure they pack yours better. |

good replacement |

We had two old generation Diaper Champs. We chose Diaper Champs for the reason that you do not have to buy any expensive refill bags. The old generation diaper champs worked great. It got us through two babies but they started to smell not so great after a few months even though we would rinse it out with water and also sprayed Lysol with every bag change. We bought this new diaper champ despite the negative reviewed out of necessity since our old ones smelled terrible even without any dirty diapers in them. We love the new design and it does not smell at all. Would have given it 5 stars, but this new one is really short. It hurts our backs because we have to bend down to reach it everytime. If you are tall, it can wear on you after a few days. |

Too Small for Cloth |

This model will not hold more than 4 days worth of cloth diapers & even then you have to open the whole lid up to get them in after day 2 or 3. I've got a diaper service & this does not work for me since the diapers get picked up once a week. It would be great however if I was washing my own diapers or using disposable: then I could empty it out when it was full rather then having a stinky bag of soiled diapers around until pick up day. |

Do not get this at alllll. this does not work. the door does not close or open. It is a copy. Very bad. |

Company's bags do not fit well. The thing jams whenever you try to open and close it. Wish I would have gotten a hands free system. |
